Come Racing

If you want to come racing there are various ways in which you can achieve your goal. A good place to start is to come along and see for yourself.

You will find that some of the most approachable people in the paddock are the drivers and owners themselves. Everyone is always happy to stop and chat about Austins and will gladly give help and guidance, provided they’re not in the midst of getting ready for a race that is.

Whether it be "tinkering", push-starting or sometimes even rapidly re-building a car there is always something going on and a pleasant, friendly atmosphere always dominates.

On The Track

It is a different story however. Austin 7 racing is by far the closest and one of the most enjoyable racing to watch of all the vintage classes. As you can see from the photograph - racing is tight and there are many scraps for position all the way down the field.

Getting started is not like turning up to the gym or golf club, but if you are serious you’ll have a great time.
